Farali Dahi Vada is a scrumptious dish produced using fasting rice. It can be served when one is fasting. It isn't so much that overwhelming on stomach however can completely satisfy the long for a period being.

Ingredients:-
- 2 boiled Potatoes
- 1 cup Moraiyo/ Mordhan(sama)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbs Cumin seeds
- 2 tbs chilli paste
- 1 tbs ginger paste
- 3 tbs aaraa root or tapkir( potato starch)
- 3-4 cup curd with sugar
- 1.5 cup dates n dry mango chutney
- 1/2 cup spicy peanut
- Coriander leaves as requested
- 1 Pomegranate
- 2 tbs chilli powder
- 2 tbs cumin powder
- Oil for fry
- Boil Moraiyo/ Mordhan(sama) with 2 & 1/2 cups of water.
- After that smash the potatoes & mix it with moraiyo & add salt chilli & ginger paste & cumin seeds. Make a small ball of it & coat with potato starch n deep fry all the balls.
- Put the balls on the serving bowl and pour sweet curd then dry mango chutney and sprinkle salt, chilli powder, cumin powder, spicy peanuts, pomegranate and finally coriander leafs.
